Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Loom Weaving and Dyeing Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our textile manufacturing operations, specifically focusing on the weaving and dyeing departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, optimizing processes, and leading a team of skilled technicians and operators. This role requires a strong understanding of both traditional loom weaving techniques and modern dyeing processes, with a commitment to efficiency, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of both the loom weaving and dyeing production lines, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production targets.
- Develop and implement production schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet delivery deadlines and customer specifications.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of weavers, dyers, and support staff, fostering a productive and secure working environment.




- Implement and maintain ent quality control standards for all woven fabrics and dyed materials, conducting regular inspections and addressing any non-conformities.
- Optimize weaving and dyeing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality while controlling operational costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to weaving looms, dyeing machinery, and material properties.
- Manage raw material inventory, including yarns, dyes, and chemicals, ensuring adequate supply and minimizing stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of workplace safety.
- Maintain and oversee the regular maintenance of weaving and dyeing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
