Junior HR Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring
- Coordinate job postings and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Employee Documentation
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Update employee information in HR software/system.
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and biometric records.
- Handle missing punches and attendance corrections.
- Maintain leave records and coordinate leave approvals.
- Prepare attendance data for payroll processing.
- Payroll Support
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation.
- Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, incentives, and advances.
- Coordinate with the Accounts/Payroll team for salary processing.
- Maintain salary-related employee records.
- Employee Relations




- Handle basic employee queries and HR-related concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and grievances.
- Maintain professional communication with employees.
- Joining & Exit Formalities
- Conduct employee induction and joining formalities.
- Explain company policies and basic HR procedures to recent employees.
- Coordinate resignation, clearance, handover, and exit documentation.
- HR Reports & MIS
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports.
- Maintain employee master data, attendance reports, recruitment reports, and leave reports.
- Assist the HR Manager in preparing HR MIS and management reports.
