Essential

Candidate should have full time degree/diploma in B. Tech /B.E/ B.Sc ( Any Stream).

Desired

Degree/ Diploma / Certificate course in General Management / Operation Management.

Experience

7 to 10 Years

Around 8+ years of experience in Raw Material Handling Sorting activities in the Manufacturing sector related Aluminium.

At least 4 years as In charge. Experience with Shredder and sensor-based sorter are added advantage.

Desired

Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment is mandatory.

Job Profile
- Oversee cold sorting operations and ensure production targets while supervising sorters in the plant and shift for cold sorting.
- Coordinate for manpower availability as well as machine availability in respective regions/shift depending upon the planned production.
- Responsible for quantity,



quality and timelines of sorting to ensure adherence to cost, time and mix targets.
- Supervise the sorters, their safety and productivity.
- Ensure uptime and smooth operations for all machines in the cold refining operations.
