Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage charge entry, claims processing, and revenue cycle management for US healthcare clients.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to insurance companies and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the revenue cycle process and implement changes as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 2-15 years of experience in medical billing, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), or related field.
- Robust knowledge of US healthcare regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Proficiency in charge entry software such as Epic Systems or similar systems.
