Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive (Hospital)

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Head – Sales & Marketing / Management
Location: Tellapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Key Responsibilities
- Promote the hospital's specialties, healthcare services, and health packages to increase patient footfall and revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate business through corporate tie-ups, institutional partnerships, TPAs, insurance companies, and referral networks.
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, corporates, industries, educational institutions, and healthcare partners.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, CMEs, corporate wellness initiatives, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development and revenue targets.
- Identify current business opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies.




- Coordinate with clinical departments to promote hospital services and specialty programs.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and patient feedback to improve business performance.
- Prepare daily visit reports, MIS, business development reports, and monthly performance updates.
- Ensure high standards of customer service while building long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Represent the hospital professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and healthcare conferences.

Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management or any Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in Hospital Sales & Marketing.
- Core hospital marketing experience is mandatory.
