We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, keen to learn, and eager to grow in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management:
- Assist in the creation of engaging content for websites, social media, email newsletters, blogs, and paid advertisements.
- Help with the scheduling and posting of content across various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Social Media Management:
- Monitor social media channels, interact with followers, and maintain brand voice.
- Track social media metrics to analyze engagement and suggest improvements.
- SEO & SEM:
- Assist in optimizing content for search engines (SEO) by conducting keyword research and helping with on-page optimization.
- Help with managing Google Ads campaigns and monitoring performance.
- Email Marketing:
- Support the creation of email marketing campaigns, including drafting and editing content.
- Assist in list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis of email campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Compile regular reports and help present key findings to the marketing team.
- Campaign Coordination:
- Help organize digital marketing initiatives such as product launches, special promotions, and online events.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
- Website Management:
- Assist in maintaining website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Support in monitoring website performance and assist with user experience improvements.
