We’re looking for Zonal Sales Managers to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong sales channels across India.

Locations

South Zone: Chennai, Pondicherry, Bangalore, Hyderabad
North Zone: Delhi NCR
West Zone: Mumbai / Pune
East Zone: Kolkata

Work Mode: Chennai – WFO | Delhi – Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams
- Identify and onboard distributors, retail counters, and channel partners
- Drive product availability, visibility, and in-store branding
- Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking




- Lead negotiations and close strategic deals
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and brand-building initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and growth plans for senior leadership

Mandatory Requirements

✅ 5–6 years of sales experience
✅ 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role
✅ Experience in Consumer Electronics, IoT Devices, or Consumer Durables preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of channel sales and distribution networks
✅ Experience in market expansion and business development
✅ Willingness to travel for business requirements
✅ Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
✅ Knowledge of the Chennai/Pondicherry business landscape preferred
