We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Sales Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for converting leads into successful projects and collaborating closely with our Digital Marketing and Design Teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager at NY ESTILO will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their interior design needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales.
While the pre-sales team will generate leads and schedule appointments, the Sales Manager will take charge from the first client meeting to final agreement.

This role also involves working hand-in-hand with the Digital Marketing Team to enhance lead quality, analyze conversion data, and provide insights to strengthen marketing strategies.





Key Responsibilities
- Meet potential clients (appointments scheduled by the pre-sales team) and convert inquiries into confirmed design projects.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand design preferences, budgets, and timelines.
- Present design concepts and proposals developed by the design team with strong product and brand knowledge.
- Negotiate effectively and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to track lead performance, campaign ROI, and improve overall lead quality and conversion rates.
- Provide feedback on client behavior, lead sources, and market trends to help shape marketing and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the Design and Project Teams to ensure smooth project handover after closure.
