Position: Housekeeping cum KST Supervisor

Reports To: Housekeeping Manager / Operations Manager

Job Purpose

To supervise and coordinate the housekeeping and KST teams to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation and service across The Marque Club. The role will ensure effective deployment of staff, proper execution of daily cleaning activities, adherence to SOPs and timely resolution of operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities1. Housekeeping Operations
- Supervise daily housekeeping activities across club areas, including guest/member areas, public areas, washrooms, back-of-house areas and other assigned spaces.
- Ensure all areas are maintained as per the club's cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas and ensure deficiencies are corrected immediately.
- Allocate duties and prepare daily deployment plans based on operational requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality and discipline.




- Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment, chemicals and cleaning materials.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and inform the concerned manager regarding replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments for cleaning requirements during events, functions and special activities.

2. KST Operations
- Supervise KST staff and ensure proper deployment as per operational requirements.
- Ensure timely collection, transportation, handling and delivery of linen, uniforms and other assigned materials.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for timely movement and availability of linen and uniforms.
- Maintain proper control and accountability of linen and other KST-related items.
- Monitor the condition of linen, uniforms and other items and report damaged or missing items.
