About the Role
: We are looking for an experienced
Expert / Staff-level Backend Engineer
to act as a technical anchor within the team, driving the design, development, and scaling of our cloud saas solution. This role is highly hands-on, requiring deep expertise in Go, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure, along with the ability to guide engineers, influence design decisions, and ensure high-quality execution.



You will play a critical role in building reliable, high-performance systems, while mentoring team members and raising the overall engineering bar.

Responsibilities
:
- Design and build scalable microservices and distributed systems
- Own the end-to-end development of critical components
- Ensure systems adhere to resilience, fault tolerance, and high availability principles
- Write clean, maintainable, and resilient code that meets the highest quality standards
- Collaborate closely with fellow Software Engineers and Product Managers to build and develop features
- Contribute to improvements in System reliability, clearing tech-debt etc.
- Act as a go-to person for complex technical problems
- Conduct design/code reviews and ensure engineering quality
- Guide the team on design decisions and best practices
