We are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Telesales Executive to handle customer calls, explain real estate projects, understand customer requirements, generate leads, and drive site visits. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills, preferably with experience in the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact new and existing customers to introduce and explain real estate projects using approved scripts.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about company projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects based on their needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant projects or offerings to suitable customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and encourage them to schedule site visits.
- Coordinate with field sales executives and arrange customer visits to project sites.
- Verify customer attendance and visit details with the project sales team.
- Communicate customer requirements, preferences, and background to the project sales team.




- Achieve monthly site visit and lead conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer details, and follow-ups in the company database/CRM.
- Follow up with customers after site visits and support the sales team in converting prospects into bookings.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers until the sales process is completed.
- Provide timely updates on lead status and customer feedback to the reporting manager.
