- Generate recent B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, networking and field visits.
- Identify companies requiring IT equipment rental, laptop rental, desktop rental, server rental and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Connect with HR, IT Managers, Admin Managers, Procurement Teams, Founders and Business Owners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware rental solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, rental tenure, commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects.
- Manage leads and customer information through CRM/Excel.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate and SME clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth customer onboarding and equipment deployment.
