We are looking for an Accounts Trainer – Excel & Tally who has strong practical knowledge of accounting, Tally Prime, and Advanced Excel and is interested in training and mentoring learners.
*Candidates with experience as an Accountant or in a corporate accounts role who are interested in transitioning into a trainer role will also be considered.*
*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver practical training on Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, and basic accounting concepts.
* Explain accounting processes and concepts in a simple, practical, and learner-friendly manner.
* Create and deliver hands-on exercises, assignments, and practice sessions.
* Train learners on day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime.
* Teach Advanced Excel functions, formulas, data handling, and reporting relevant to accounting.
* Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Resolve learners' doubts and provide guidance during practical sessions.
* Keep training content updated according to industry requirements.
*Required Qualifications*
* B.Com or M.Com only.
* Positive knowledge of Tally Prime.
* Good knowledge of Advanced Excel.
Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
