Job Title:- Associate Analyst - Insurance Follow up / Charge Posting

Work Location :-Andheri East, Mumbai

Shift :- Day & Night Shift

Job Details:-

Insurance Follow up (Night Shift):-
- Calling the insurance companies for the specification of denials.
- Checking denials from EOBs, ERAs by calling the Insurance Companies
- Reprocessing the claim over the phone or reopening the claims on the online portals
- Follow HIPAA guidelines when accessing and sharing patient information.

Charge Posting (Day Shift):-
- Enter / Validate Charges accurately to collect claims money at first instance.
- Enter/validate ICD and CPTs in PMS within 24 hours of turnaround time of 24 hours of receipt of documents.




- Transparent all edits which pop up while scrubbing charges.
- Follow all client specific updates and billing guidelines published in-order to send clean claim.

Preferred candidate profile:-
- Any HSC or Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills.
- Candidates currently pursuing education are not eligible.
