Role & responsibilities
- To work closely with leaders to define talent strategy which will enable them to retain and attract top talent
• Leveraging people analytics team within People Operations to draw data-driven insights while defining talent strategy
• Collaborating with business leaders to define and execute workforce plans- that is right size, right shape and have right capabilities to compete in future. This includes driving the appropriate supply-demand conversations in collaboration with the COO organization as well as Talent Acquisition/ Resource Management
• Liaise with People Managers to ensure effective execution of performance management, pay for performance and career progressions initiatives. These will be done in collaboration with the relevant COE team
• Sustain Culture , communication and strengthen awareness of policies, practices and firms Values
