Role Summary
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be the face of our brand at the counter — precise with your craft, warm with our guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages to brand standards (espresso, pour-over, cold brew, milk-based drinks, etc.)
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and brewing equipment
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning across all beverages
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and recommend menu items to guests
- Handle cash/POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service area as per FSSAI standards




- Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; flag reorder needs
- Support opening/closing checklist duties

Requirements
- Prior barista experience in a café, QSR, or specialty coffee setting preferred
- Working knowledge of espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Basic latte art skills a plus
- Strong communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work weekends/shifts as per café hours

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
