Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in production, packing, refrigeration, utility, and processing equipment.
- Maintain and repair motors, MCC panels, PCC panels, control panels, VFDs, starters, sensors, and electrical circuits.
- Handle electrical maintenance of milk processing, pasteurization, filling, packing, CIP, refrigeration, and utility equipment.
- Monitor and maintain LT panels, transformers, DG sets, compressors, pumps, and electrical distribution systems.
- Conduct regular inspection of electrical equipment and identify potential failures.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.




- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow electrical safety procedures, LOTO, PPE, and plant safety standards.
- Maintain electrical spare parts and coordinate with the maintenance team for required materials.
- Support breakdown analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Experience with AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLC panels, MCC/PCC panels, sensors, and control circuits.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of PLC and automation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.
