Richmax Finvest Private Limited is an RBI-regulated NBFC engaged in secured lending and gold loan business, with a growing network of branches across multiple states in India.

We are looking for a Junior Audit Executive to join our Concurrent Audit Team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide audit support from the Head Office, with travel to branches across India whenever required for audit assignments.

Job Summary

The Junior Audit Executive will assist the Concurrent Audit Team in reviewing branch transactions, verifying records, analysing audit findings, preparing reports and supporting the overall audit function from the Head Office.

The role will also involve visiting branches across India for audit-related activities whenever required.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day audit support to the Concurrent Audit Team from Head Office.
- Assist in reviewing and analysing branch transactions and audit data.
- Verify accounting records, vouchers, registers and supporting documents.
- Assist in checking cash,



gold loan transactions and other branch-level transactions.
- Review compliance with company policies, procedures and internal controls.
- Identify discrepancies, irregularities and control weaknesses.
- Assist in preparing audit observations and reports.
- Coordinate with branches for clarification and supporting documents.
- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.
- Maintain proper audit working papers and documentation.
- Assist senior auditors in branch audit and concurrent audit assignments.
- Travel to branches across India whenever required for audit purposes.
- Perform other audit-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- M.Com candidates are preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing principles.
- Positive working knowledge
