Overview: We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic Trainer to deliver theory and practical training across our professional aesthetic programmes. The trainer should have strong knowledge of skin, basic anatomy, aesthetic equipment, laser technologies and machine-based procedures . The role requires someone who can explain technical concepts in a simple manner and confidently demonstrate procedures in a classroom and practical training environmen t. Key Responsibiliti es: Conduct theory and practical training sessions for students enrolled in aesthetic progra mmesTeach subjects related to, basic anatomy, facials, laser technologies and machine-based aesthetic proced uresDemonstrate the correct and secure use of aesthetic equip mentExplain treatment protocols, indications, contraindications, hygiene and safety requirem entsPrepare lesson plans, presentations, demonstrations and other training mate rialAssess students through practical demonstrations, assignments and internal evaluat ionsContribute to the development and regular updating of course con tentEnsure that training equipment, products and classrooms are prepared before each ses sionMaintain attendance,
