- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Indian market
- Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities across India
- Promote Unicorn Insulations’ high-performance microporous insulation solutions to industrial customers
- Build relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, furnace builders, battery/ESS manufacturers, industrial process companies, and insulation contractors
- Conduct technical product presentations and commercial discussions with customers
- Follow up on leads, quotations, sampling activities, and project opportunities
- Coordinate closely with the Malaysia headquarters regarding sales activities, forecasts, pricing, and customer feedback
- Provide regular sales reports, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business development updates
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
- Support distributors and channel partners where applicable
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong communication with the office in Malaysia

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,



Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial B2B sales
- Experience selling technical or high-temperature industrial products is strongly preferred
- Experience in thermal insulation, refractories, industrial furnaces, energy storage, fire protection, or related sectors is an advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Comfortable with frequent travel across India
- Good commercial understanding and customer relationship management skills
- Fluent in English; additional Indian languages are an advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting tools
