We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager / Assistant HR Manager
to manage HR operations for our Gems & Jewellery Manufacturing unit in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning and onboarding.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HRMS.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, etc.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management and disciplinary matters.
- Manage worker and staff workforce in a manufacturing environment.
- Coordinate performance management, training and employee engagement.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports and documentation.
- Support internal, customer and statutory audits.
- Implement and improve HR policies, processes and systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in




Manufacturing / Gems & Jewellery industry preferred
.
- Positive knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.
- Strong communication and employee-handling skills.
- Experience in handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
- Knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, Attendance and Recruitment processes.
