Job Summary

We are looking for a technology-first HR Transformation professional to lead HR digital transformation, process excellence and HR technology initiatives across the organization.

The role will be responsible for redesigning HR processes, driving automation and digitalization, managing HR technology platforms, strengthening HR data governance and analytics, and improving employee experience across the employee lifecycle.

The role will work closely with HR, Operations, Technology and Business teams to deliver scalable, productive and data-driven HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Transformation & Process Excellence
- Lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Review, redesign and standardize employee lifecycle processes.




- Identify manual processes and implement automation and workflow solutions.
- Drive digitalization to improve efficiency, scalability and employee experience.

2. HR Technology / HRMS
- Own and manage HR technology platforms and applications.
- Drive HRMS enhancements, upgrades, integrations and system improvements.
- Partner with IT teams and technology vendors for implementation and issue resolution.
- Ensure HR systems remain aligned with business and workforce requirements.

3. Employee Lifecycle & Data Management
- Digitize and optimize processes covering hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, employee master data, role changes and exits.
- Establish controls for HR data accuracy and integrity.
- Improve employee experience through simplified digital HR processes.

4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Strengthen governance for large/frontline workforce management.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, wage regulation
