Lala’s Sons Gems is a Jaipur-based gemstone business specialising in Ruby, Blue Sapphire and other fine gemstones, serving jewellery manufacturers, wholesalers, traders and international buyers.
We are rapidly expanding our online presence and are building a large, data-driven e-commerce operation on Shopify.
We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute instructions — we want a person who thinks, experiments, identifies opportunities and builds better systems.
The Role
We are looking for an E-commerce & Digital Growth Executive who can take ownership of our online operations and help us grow from our current product catalogue toward 5,000+ products.
This is not a routine product-uploading job.
You will be expected to understand the business, identify problems,
suggest improvements and take responsibility for implementing and measuring those improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify & E-commerce
- Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations.
- Create, update and optimise product listings.
- Manage collections, product categories, metafields, images and product data.
- Maintain accurate inventory and product information.
- Improve product pages and customer buying experience.
- Manage product sharing and online enquiry workflows.
- Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement.
Google Sheets, Data & Automation
- Work with Google Sheets as a product/inventory master.
- Maintain structured product data and ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with developers for Shopify/API integrations and automation.
- Identify repetitive manual processes and find ways to automate them.
- Help scale the catalogue efficiently from 1,000+ to 5,000+ products.
