who can efficiently manage the front desk and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient and visitor.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, polite, and qualified manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients visiting the hospital.
- Handle patient registration and maintain accurate patient information.
- Manage patient registration, appointment details, and related records through the hospital's internal DBMS software.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the DBMS to support smooth coordination between the front desk, doctors,



and other hospital departments.
- Use the internal DBMS efficiently for patient information management, appointment tracking, and day-to-day operational coordination.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage doctor appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
- Handle appointment-related communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, and other hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Guide patients regarding appointments, consultations, and hospital procedures.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist with billing and payment-related coordination wherever required.
- Handle patient queries and direct them to the appropriate doctor or department.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and other required communication.
