About the Role -
- We are looking for a strategic and analytical SEO Manager to lead its organic search strategy and enhance the digital discoverability of the brand across search engines.
- The role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO roadmap that drives qualified website traffic, improves search rankings, strengthens local search visibility, and supports business objectives such as increasing footfall, event participation, tenant visibility and customer engagement.
- The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO and Content SEO, while working closely with the Content Team, Performance Marketing Manager, Web Developers, Designers and Brand Team to ensure every digital asset is optimised for maximum visibility and performance.
- This role requires a data-driven marketer who understands both search engine algorithms and consumer search behaviour, and can translate insights into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities -
- SEO Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute annual,



quarterly and monthly SEO strategies aligned with the mall's marketing and business objectives.
- Build a comprehensive SEO roadmap focused on improving organic visibility, search rankings and website traffic.
- Identify high-value keyword opportunities for retail, fashion, food & beverage, entertainment, outlet shopping and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop SEO strategies to support -
- Store launches
- Shopping festivals
- Seasonal campaigns
- Food Park
- Drive-Thru brands
- Events
- Entertainment initiatives
- Tenant promotions
- Conduct market, competitor and search trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Define SEO KPIs and growth targets.

Technical SEO -
- Conduct comprehensive website audits and identify technical SEO issues.
- Improve website crawlability, indexability and overall site architecture.
