About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and drive end-to-end hiring for the organization. The role will be responsible for building and executing scalable recruitment strategies, partnering closely with business leaders, and ensuring timely hiring of high-quality talent across functions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in volume hiring, stakeholder management, talent mapping, recruitment analytics, and team management, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for assigned business functions and locations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
- Drive volume and lateral hiring across multiple levels and functions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels including job portals, referrals, social media, employee networks, consultants, and direct sourcing.




- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and ensure achievement of hiring targets and recruitment SLAs.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for critical and niche positions.
- Conduct regular market mapping and talent benchmarking to understand talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring practices.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, Source Effectiveness, Cost per Hire, and Quality of Hire.
- Work closely with hiring managers to improve interview processes, candidate experience, and selection quality.
- Drive offer closures by effectively managing candidate expectations and compensation discussions.
- Identify hiring bottlenecks and implement process improvements to improve recruitment efficiency.
