Key Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting and lead generation (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video meetings) for Permanent and Contract IT Staffing solutions.
- Own the top-of-funnel sales cycle research, outreach, qualification, and setting up meetings for senior BD/sales leaders.
- Conduct 4050 high-quality outbound conversations (calls/emails/social touches) every week to build a robust pipeline.
- Engage HR, Talent Acquisition, and hiring stakeholders to understand hiring needs and pitch relevant staffing solutions.
- Map and research target accounts within GCCs, MNCs, and Semiconductor companies to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with field Business Development Managers and recruitment/delivery teams to hand off and progress qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate, disciplined data on leads, prospects, and pipeline in the CRM; track follow-ups and conversion at each stage.
- Use AI tools daily for prospecting, market research, personalized outreach,



and productivity — we invest in tools that make you faster.

What Success Looks Like
- Consistent volume and quality of qualified meetings/opportunities generated for the sales team, month over month.
- Strong response and conversion rates from outbound outreach, not just activity volume.
- Clean, current, and well-documented pipeline data with reliable follow-through.
- Growing familiarity with GCC, MNC, and Semiconductor hiring landscapes and stakeholder mapping.

What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development — IT Staffing/Consulting/Recruitment industry preferred.
- A genuine hunter mindset with comfort in high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn/social selling).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of Permanent and Contract
