Stages is a third-party tool that hosts the process libraries of multiple PS business units.
The support, maintenance and release of these process libraries is done in this project.
The user queries that come in the form of tickets are solve.
The team supports the process champions in developing, modelling and enhancing the processes as per the agreed management roadmap on time and as per the agreed quality and cost.
The utilities that integrated along with Stages example ALM/JIRA, Share point, Method Store are also in scope of this project and is one stop integrated suite for all process development activities.
The project also needs collaboration with BD and Vendor for troubleshooting
