Job Summary

JD:
Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of .net, c#, and wpf applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical insights for project planning.

Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct code reviews, and provide recommendations for improvements.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to maintenance and support phases.

Skill Requirements

8 years of experience in development of windows application using WPF.

Proficient in .net framework, C#, WPF, MVVM for developing desktop applications.





Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

Experience with software design patterns, solid principles, and clean code practices.

Knowledge of database technologies like sql server for data storage and retrieval.

Ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
