Job Summary

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality components while ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to production schedules.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling, turning, or machining center machines.
- Load raw materials and unload finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Set machine parameters and make basic tool offsets as required.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and gauges.
- Monitor machine performance and identify any defects or abnormalities.
- Replace worn tools and perform routine machine maintenance.
- Maintain production records and inspection reports.
- Follow quality standards,



safety procedures, and 5S practices.
- Work with supervisors and quality personnel to resolve production issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines (experience requirements may vary).
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code) is an advantage.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,214.93 per month
