- Monthly sales Forecast preparation in collaboration with sales & planning team.

• Processing / verifying all reimbursement claims received from distributors for the activities directed by Zone & HO.

• Raising PR/PO & vendor enrolment process as per policy.

• Maintain a track of A&P; budgets, utilization, claim receipts, reimbursements & send periodical reports to sales team.

• Maintaining approval of various market support schemes such as DSS /MSS, market activations, cross verification of claims against approval & sending to HO for payment / CN process.

• Build relationship with Key accounts backend teams such as MAS, IMPAL, M&M; to address their needs & to enhance customer experience with Total.





• Facilitate sales team in realizing Payments on time by sending ODOS reminders to Key accounts ( ACD & Mahindra) directly.

• Ensure documentations for all current account appointments including distributor contract, renewal of contract & closure of accounts as per SOP.

• Respond to vendors queries related to reimbursement / payments against claims including coupons.

• Cross verifying & processing of Travel expense reports.

• Assist zonal team in organizing demand generation activities by maintaining the accountability / dispatching of giveaways & promotional items.

• Suggest alignment of credit limit on quarterly basis.
