About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Team Lead / SAP Business Process Lead to take ownership of SAP-related processes across logistics, purchasing, order management, and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate combines robust hands-on SAP expertise with proven leadership experience and a practical understanding of cross-functional business processes. You will work closely with different departments, drive process improvements, manage SAP-related responsibilities, and ensure knowledge is effectively transferred across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP-related activities across logistics, purchasing, order management, and production

• Support and optimize SAP processes within SD, MM, and PP

• Manage cross-functional SAP projects and process-improvement initiatives

• Acts as a bridge between the European and Indian teams, translating the German teams requirements into English and clearly communicating them to the Indian team through regular meetings and discussions.





• Take responsibility for department-level SAP activities and coordinate team members where required

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions

• Create, maintain, and improve SAP reports and business documentation

• Use SAP reporting and advanced Excel capabilities to analyze data and support business decisions

• Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvements

• Ensure consistent SAP processes and effective knowledge sharing across teams

• Quickly learn company-specific SAP processes and independently take ownership of new responsibilities

• Train and support colleagues and transfer SAP knowledge effectively to other team members

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of strong SAP experience, ideally in logistics, purchasing, order management, or related business processes

• Hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, and PP

• Proven experience working on cross-functional SAP projects
