Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle only sourcing part of recruitment
- Understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Perform screening, shortlisting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for resume review.
- Manage ATS and recruitment databases
- Ensure timely submissions of resumes of open positions
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Skills & Competencies Core Skills
- Solid knowledge of recruitment resume sourcing
- Hands-on experience with Naukri,



LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search
- Experience using ATS systems
- Understanding of HR processes and hiring strategies

Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be willing to work in Non Voice process profile of recruitment

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Exposure to bulk and niche resume sourcing
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Must be willing to work in Nights Shifts
