Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for heavy machinery, equipment, and scissor lifts to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot issues with material handling equipment like forklifts and aerial work platforms.
- Collaborate with customers to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols when working at heights or operating heavy machinery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in service engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of heavy machinery, heavy equipment, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), and scissor lifts.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical issues using problem-solving skills.
