1. Multimedia Marketing Responsibilities
- Create and manage promotional content for the institution across social media platforms.
- Design posters, banners, brochures, reels, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Manage social media pages and regularly post engaging content.
- Take photographs and videos of classes, events, seminars, workshops, and student activities.
- Edit videos, images, and promotional materials using suitable software/tools.
- Develop content for admission campaigns, courses, events, and special programs.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns to increase enquiries and admissions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries received through social media.
- Maintain and update the institution's website and online listings, where required.
- Monitor social media engagement and prepare basic marketing reports.

2. Front Office Responsibilities
