Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Support Associate – Farming Team to manage and grow relationships with our existing Payfin merchants and business clients.

This role combines Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, and Growth. You will be responsible for understanding existing customers' business requirements, ensuring they receive the right support, increasing product adoption, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue from existing accounts.

The ideal candidate should be highly communicative, proactive, commercially aware,



and comfortable working with business clients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with assigned existing Payfin merchants and clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer requirements.
- Build robust and long-term relationships with merchants.
- Conduct regular customer calls and follow-ups to understand their business needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of each customer's business, payment flows, and requirements.

Customer Success & Support
- Ensure a smooth customer experience after onboarding.
- Understand and coordinate resolution of customer queries related to collections, payouts, settlements, transactions, APIs, and account-related requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Tech, Finance, Product, and Compliance teams for issue resolution.
- Follow up on open issues and ensure timely closure.
