We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller for our Jaipur location. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their career interests, explaining relevant courses, and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided leads.
- Understand the candidate’s career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structure, duration, career opportunities, eligibility and admission process.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain proper lead records.
- Handle queries professionally and build a positive relationship with prospective students.
- Schedule counselling sessions or campus visits for interested candidates.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team to convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, admissions, or a similar role.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/CRM systems.
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
- Candidates from the education, training, aviation, hospitality or related sectors will be preferred.
