Job Summary

We are looking for a agile, knowledgeable, and target-oriented Career Counselor to guide students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities across Australia, Canada, Current Zealand, the UK, USA, and other countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students based on their academic profile, career goals, budget, and preferences.
- Provide guidance on suitable countries, universities, colleges, courses, and intakes.
- Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Provide accurate guidance regarding the student visa process and documentation.
- Handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage leads and convert prospective students into successful enrollments.




- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Stay updated with changes in education and immigration policies.
- Coordinate with admission, process, and visa teams for smooth application processing.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional activities.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Strong knowledge of study-abroad destinations.
- Good sales, convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Prior experience in overseas education/student counseling is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
