What You’ll Do

Your role is simple: generate leads and convert them into clients.
- Find potential clients through LinkedIn, email, Instagram, networking, etc.
- Reach out to founders and decision-makers.
- Understand their basic requirements and initiate conversations.
- Follow up with interested prospects and move them towards closure.
- Coordinate with the NovaCrafts team for proposals, strategy and closing support.

Performance-Based Commission

Earn 10% commission on every lead generated by you that converts into a client.

You bring the lead → we support the closing → you earn 10% of the agency fee/base deal value.

There is no fixed salary during the internship,



but there is no cap on your earning potential.

Who We're Looking For
- Freshers, marketing students or recent graduates
- Good understanding of digital marketing
- Confident communication skills
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
- Proactive, ambitious and target-oriented
- Interested in learning sales and business development
