Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and other requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.




- Follow company policies and customer service procedures.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and qualified while handling complaints.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications
- Minimum: High School / Graduate, depending on company requirements.
- Freshers may apply.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
