Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Executive with 10–15 years of experience in the oil, chemicals, petrochemicals, lubricants, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the oil/chemical sector.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

Generate leads through market research, references, networking, and direct visits.

Handle sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures.





Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.

Conduct regular customer and market visits to identify new opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with production, logistics, accounts, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.

Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables where required.

Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and regular management updates.

Achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue targets.

Candidate Profile:-

Fresher –10 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing.

Experience in oil, chemicals, petrochemicals, lubricants, industrial chemicals, or allied industries preferred.

Robust knowledge of B2B sales and customer handling.

Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong market knowledge and ability to generate new business.
