About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Lead with around 4 to 10 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of work from home and periodic on-site collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release cycles
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and optimize cost and performance
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)




- Ensure system reliability, uptime, and disaster recovery planning
- Maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
- Enforce security best practices and compliance standards

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 to 10 years of experience in Tech Lead, DevOps, SRE, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix system administration
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Good to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of security
