JOB PURPOSE Lead the furniture and interior product design function, combining strong aesthetics with manufacturing expertise to develop creative, cost-effective, and market-driven solutions. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead and manage the design team. - Develop and execute design strategy aligned with market trends. - Conceptualize and develop modular/custom furniture and interior solutions. - Collaborate with production to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. - Review production drawings, BOMs, and validate prototypes. - Lead design for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.



- Track global trends and drive design innovation. - Recruit, mentor, and develop design talent. - Ensure design quality and resolve manufacturing issues. - Support sales with presentations and client discussions. 4. REQUIRED SKILLS Technical: - Furniture manufacturing processes - Modular furniture systems - Materials knowledge (wood, metal, glass, upholstery) - CNC manufacturing - AutoCAD - SolidWorks/Inventor - SketchUp - 3ds Max - Adobe Creative Suite - Strategic thinking - Team leadership - Stakeholder management - Commercial acumen - Project management Soft: - Communication skills - Interpersonal skills - stakeholder management 5.
