Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to drive operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle. This role will partner closely with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and Leadership to optimize processes, improve forecasting accuracy, enhance CRM effectiveness, and enable scalable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate combines robust analytical capabilities, process improvement expertise, and business acumen to create a data-driven revenue engine that improves productivity and maximizes commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Operations

Own the organizations end-to-end business intelligence framework.

Consolidate data across all business functions to establish a single source of truth for leadership.

Develop executive dashboards and performance scorecards that provide real-time visibility into business performance.

Analyze trends across revenue, profitability, client acquisition, utilization, productivity, operations,



and customer engagement to identify growth opportunities and business risks.

Convert complex datasets into meaningful business insights and strategic recommendations.

Build forecasting models for revenue, demand, resource planning, hiring, and business growth.

Drive data-led decision-making across the organization.

Digital Business Growth

Own the organizations brand communication and messaging framework across digital and offline channels and own digital business strategy and execution.

Lead the Digital Business team responsible for demand generation, digital marketing, content, campaigns, website performance and online customer acquisition.

Identify new digital revenue opportunities and improve digital customer acquisition, conversion rates, engagement and marketing ROI.
