Position: Sales Coordinator – Corporate Gifting

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented qualified to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with clients and internal teams, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of corporate gifting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales inquiries and customer requirements for corporate gifting products.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product options.
- Prepare and share quotations based on client requirements.




- Coordinate with purchase and vendor teams for product availability, pricing, samples, and customization.
- Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Handle customized gifting requirements and ensure specifications are accurately communicated.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely order updates.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely closure of orders.
- Support the sales team in achieving business and customer service objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer handling, or corporate gifting.
