Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior site execution activities.
- Execute works as per approved architectural/interior drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, gypsum, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, partitions, and other finishing works.
- Check site measurements and prepare material requirements.
- Coordinate material deliveries and monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Ensure quality of materials and workmanship at site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Track project progress and identify delays or site issues.
- Resolve technical and execution-related problems at site.




- Verify contractor measurements and bills.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity.
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
- Conduct snag inspections and ensure timely closure of pending works.
- Coordinate final inspection and project handover.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in interior execution / fit-out projects, depending on seniority.

Pay: ₹35,950.01 - ₹45,691.87 per month
