Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and working with multiple ad partners. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in ad monetization, performance optimization, and analytics-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate and manage Google Ads within Android applications.
- Build a reusable, universal ad module supporting multiple ad formats and ad networks.
- Design and implement flexible waterfall logic for productive ad mediation.
- Optimize ad performance across multiple ad networks to maximize revenue and fill rates.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and user behavior to improve monetization strategies.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance ad delivery, latency, and user experience.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to refine ad strategies based on data insights.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Android development (Java/Kotlin).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads SDK and ad mediation platforms.




- Experience working with multiple ad networks and formats (banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, etc.).
- Proven ability to optimize ad performance and revenue.
- Solid background in mathematics and data analysis for performance evaluation and strategy optimization.
- Strong understanding of user behavior analysis and A/B testing.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and reusable code.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building custom ad mediation or waterfall logic.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Experience in handling large-scale apps with high traffic.
