Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of telesales professionals to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets in customer acquisition through outbound calls.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling and upselling products to existing customers.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Provide coaching and training to team members on product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.
Job Requirements :
- 7-13 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (e.g., direct sales, internet sales).
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in retail sales or online sales environments.
- Solid understanding of digital sales platforms and ability to leverage them for customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
