Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage US Payroll processing, including W-2 filing, SOX compliance, and year-end reporting.
- Lead a team of payroll professionals to ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages.
- Develop and implement effective total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve complex payroll issues.
Job Requirements :
- 8-16 years of experience in US Payroll management or related field.
- Robust knowledge of Workday system and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of payroll professionals.
- Excellent understanding of compensation structures, benefits programs, and SOX compliance requirements.
