About the Role

We are looking for a B2B Tech Marketing professional to drive end-to-end campaign execution for our Digital and Eximius business lines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing integrated marketing campaigns within the Technology, SaaS, IT Services, or Digital Solutions space.

The role requires robust campaign ownership, cross-functional coordination, data-driven decision-making, and an AI-first approach to marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Own campaigns from brief to launch, coordinating content, design, digital, email, social media, and events.
- Manage campaign timelines, assets, approvals, dependencies, and stakeholder handoffs.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and against defined KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.

Campaign Planning & Strategy
- Support campaign strategy based on target personas, industry segments, and business priorities.
- Translate business objectives into clear campaign briefs and execution roadmaps.




- Support integrated marketing plans across content, paid media, social, email, and events.

AI-First Marketing
- Leverage AI tools to improve content creation, personalization, campaign execution, reporting, and workflows.
- Develop reusable templates and processes to improve speed and efficiency.
- Identify and implement new AI-driven use cases across marketing activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Content, Design, Digital, Product Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders.
- Drive follow-ups, resolve execution blockers, and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Provide clear and timely updates on campaign progress.

Performance & Reporting
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and identify key trends and opportunities.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reports for performance reviews.
